刪除帳號與資料

在 App 內自己刪（最快）

打開小鹿日誌 → 右上角設定 → 捲到最底 → 刪除帳號 → 依照畫面確認。 確認之後立即生效，無法復原。

沒有裝 App 也可以

寫信到 [email protected]， 主旨寫「刪除帳號」並附上你登入用的 email，我們會在收到後 30 天內完成刪除並回信確認。

會刪掉什麼

• 帳號本身（email、顯示名稱、登入憑證）
• 你建立的寶寶資料與所有照護記錄
• 你的自訂類型、自訂食材與配方
• 語音辨識後的文字與備註
• 還在中繼站上、尚未過期的照片與影片

不會刪掉什麼

• 家人已經下載到自己手機上的照片——那些檔案在對方的裝置裡，我們碰不到。
• 其他家庭成員自己建立的記錄——那是他們的資料。你如果是家庭的建立者， 離開時家庭會交給留下來的成員，不會整組消失。
• 已完成的訂閱交易紀錄——由 App Store／Google Play 保存，依各自政策與法規保留。

訂閱要另外取消

刪除帳號不會自動取消訂閱。請到 App Store（設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱） 或 Google Play（Play 商店 → 付款與訂閱 → 訂閱）取消，否則會繼續扣款。

Delete your account (English)

In the app (fastest)

Open Deerly → Settings (top right) → scroll to the bottom → Delete account → confirm. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete account" and the email address you sign in with. We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, display name, sign-in credentials)
• Your babies and all care records
• Your custom types, foods and recipes
• Voice-transcribed text and notes
• Photos and videos still on the relay that have not yet expired

What is not deleted

• Photos family members already downloaded to their own phones — those files are on their devices and we cannot reach them.
• Records created by other family members — that is their data. If you created the family, it is handed over to a remaining member rather than deleted.
• Completed subscription transactions, kept by the App Store / Google Play under their own policies and applicable law.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), otherwise billing continues.
