這份條款是什麼

你下載、安裝或使用小鹿日誌（以下稱「本 App」），即表示同意本條款。 如果不同意，請不要使用本 App。

帳號

本 App 使用 Google 或 Apple 登入。你要為自己帳號下的活動負責，並且不得把帳號借給他人。 你可以隨時在設定 → 刪除帳號刪除帳號與資料， 詳見刪除帳號說明。

訂閱（Deerly Pro）

本 App 提供月訂閱與年訂閱兩種方案，開通後可使用家人共享照片影片、 提高語音記錄額度、匯出無浮水印、移除廣告等功能。

• 價格：依你所在地區由 App Store／Google Play 下發，購買前會顯示在付費頁上。
• 自動續訂：訂閱會在每個期間結束時自動續訂並扣款，除非你在期滿前至少 24 小時取消。
• 怎麼取消：App Store 於「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱」；Google Play 於 「Play 商店 → 付款與訂閱 → 訂閱」。刪除 App 或刪除帳號都不會自動取消訂閱。
• 退款：交易由 App Store／Google Play 處理，退款依各自政策辦理，我們無法代為退款。

你的內容

你輸入的記錄、照片與影片屬於你。我們僅為了提供同步與家庭共享而處理這些內容， 不會拿去販售或用於廣告投放。照片與影片不做持久性儲存，詳見隱私權政策。

本 App 不是醫療服務

本 App 提供的成長曲線、統計與提醒僅供記錄與參考，不構成醫療建議。 關於寶寶健康的判斷請諮詢合格醫療人員。

可接受的使用方式

請勿以本 App 從事違法行為、上傳侵害他人權利的內容、嘗試破解或干擾服務運作， 或以自動化方式大量存取。違反者我們得暫停或終止帳號。

服務變更與終止

我們可能新增、修改或停止部分功能。若重大變更會影響你已付費的權益，我們會事先於 App 內或以電子郵件通知。

免責

本 App 以「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對資料遺失或服務中斷所生的間接損害負責。 這不影響你依消費者保護法規享有的權利。

條款修改

本條款如有修改，會更新本頁的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會另行通知。

Deerly — Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using Deerly (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Accounts

The App uses Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and must not share it. You can delete your account and data at any time under Settings → Delete account; see Delete your account.

Subscriptions (Deerly Pro)

The App offers a monthly and a yearly subscription, unlocking family photo and video sharing, a higher voice-note allowance, watermark-free export and no ads.

• Price: set per territory by the App Store / Google Play and shown on the paywall before you buy.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew and are charged automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancelling: App Store — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play — Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: transactions are handled by the App Store / Google Play and refunds follow their policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Your content

The records, photos and videos you enter belong to you. We process them only to provide sync and family sharing — never to sell or to target advertising. Photos and videos are not stored persistently; see the Privacy Policy.

Not a medical service

Growth charts, statistics and reminders are for record-keeping and reference only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional about your baby's health.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, upload content that infringes others' rights, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or access it in bulk by automated means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Changes and termination

We may add, change or discontinue features. If a material change affects what you have paid for, we will notify you in the App or by email beforehand.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from data loss or service interruption. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

Changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be notified separately.
